Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable duties, including invoicing and collections
- Conduct general ledger accounting activities, such as analyzing accounts and preparing financial statements
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of balances
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations to ensure proper classification of assets, liabilities, and equity
- Experience:
- Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in data entry and using accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
