Job Description
VAC Developments is a Canadian Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Company. We are currently seeking for energetic Accounts Receivable staff to join our accounting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and monitor outstanding invoices and past due accounts
- Initiate communication with customers to resolve past-due account balances
- Perform collection via phone or email in a professional manner
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management
- Prepare Weekly Accounts Receivable Report
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXEPERIENCE
- Accounting Diploma
- North American Credit/Collections/Accounts Receivable Experience in manufacturing
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant North American accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required, proficient in the Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and phone)

Experience:
- working in manufactory company: 1 year (preferred)
- North American banking: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
