Front Desk Receptionist/Adminstrative Assistant
BD Mitchell Prosthetic & Orthotic Services Ltd is looking to fill a position for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant immediately. Current employee has returned to the US to assist family.
This position is fast paced in a busy medical office. If multi-tasking and customer service are your strengths, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
·Greet clients, in a friendly helpful manner.
·Answer incoming calls and schedule clinical appointments.
·Prepare estimates and invoices for clients by performing various clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.
·Answer e-mail correspondence.
Skill:
- Experience in an adminstrative setting is an asset, but not essential.
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, colloborate with other employees - clinicians, technicians, and other administrators is most important.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
