Office Assistant
A fast-growing Pre-Owned Dealership is looking for an experienced and energetic office assistant to join our team. With over 10 years in business and a proven track record, we require a dedicated candidate with relative experience to help us grow.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Apply for various Government licenses
- Handle telephone inquiries and emails
- Managing buildings, tenant inquiries and monthly payments
- Working with various companies on business advertisement
- Assist in planning/managing display of vehicles in showroom & parking area
- Pick up/drop off vehicles
- Handling bank deposits, cash, and sales cheques
- Other various Administrative roles
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Minimum 2 year office experience (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft office, excel, and word
- Highly Organized
- Great attention to detail
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
- Office Administration Experience (Required)
Growth opportunities Earning potential of $20 to $25 per hour.
