We're seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be the friendly face and helpful voice our customers encounter first. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you'll handle incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, process payments, and provide stellar support. You'll also handle general office duties and assist with administrative tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage messages promptly via email or phone.
- Maintain an up-to-date phone list.
- Assist and direct walk-in customers to the right person or location.
- Greet customers and determine their needs.
- Guide customers to the appropriate area for pickups, returns, or repairs.
- Process payments in-person or over the phone and provide receipts.
- Process HomePro cabinet orders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Support Sales Representatives and Managers with administrative tasks.
- Enter gas receipts and compile lists for invoicing purposes.
- Ensure the showroom is always presentable.
- Assist the Admin Department with non-time-sensitive data entry and support.
- Adhere to a business casual dress code.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, including reception duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional customer service approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Diplomatic and patient when dealing with clients.
- Comfortable working with numbers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.50 per hour
