Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting our Lloydminster-based Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Support on-site onboarding and employee oreintations.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information as required.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist with filing and organization of project-related documents and records.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous office administration or customer service experience is considered an asset.
