Job Description
We are suppliers of sales and service of high end European cappuccino machines for over 35 years. If you are passionate about all things coffee. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and loves coffee.
Applicants should be polite & professional, organized and have a customer centric attitude.
You should also be well-versed in the use of Quickbooks and understand general accounting principles.
JOB DUTIES
- Greet Customers by phone or in person at our showroom and assist them where possible
- Reply to emails, telephone or face to face inquiries
- Prepare product proposals
- Work with suppliers, vendors and customers to manage receivables and payables
- Basic bookkeeping duties (Invoicing, Accts Receivable/Payable, processing payments,
bank deposits.
- General light cleaning/maintenance of showroom
PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Well versed in Quickbooks and general accounting principles
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Applications
- Strong understanding of current online marketing tools, concepts, trends, strategies
and best practices. Experience with various social media platforms and demonstrated
ability to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Knowledge of web development tools (Shopify, MailChimp, Canva) is desired
- Proficiency in GSuite and Google Apps is desired
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Pleasant phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
