The Position
As the Administrative Assistant, you will work with the advisors in managing appointments and email correspondence, preparing financial paperwork, contacting clients to set up meetings and ensuring that documentation is completed maintaining compliance standards. All this while helping the company achieve its overall customer service standards.
Your Experience
You are the perfect fit for this role if You:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
- Have an interest in the financial and insurance industries.
- Completion of Mutual Funds License (IFC) and Life license (LLQP) are preferred but not required.
- Have strong customer service/sales skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Are a self-starter, eager to take initiative and anticipate needs.
- Have a natural sense of urgency. When things arise, you’re the first to tackle them.
- Can demonstrate superb attention to detail and have strong English skills.
