Job Description
Flexible work week Tues-Thurs in office with option to work from home Monday and Friday
The Database Administrator will be responsible for the Company’s databases while ensuring system availability meets established service levels, performance and data integrity in support of database activities is key to the success of this role.
- Data entry, preparation of report files and record keeping.
- Maintenance of inventory of statements. Single use Statements with already approved reusable statements
- Single use statements with links with already approved live links reusable statements
- Exact duplicates within the database
- Administration / attention to detail
Qualifications
- Education – High school
- Experience – up to and including one-year, analytical Excel is a strong asset.
- Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
- Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
- Ability to work well with others & independently.
- Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure.
- Travel to other locations or client locations may be required from time to time.
- Ensures full compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.
