Administrative Team Lead (full time) - Fort McMurray, AB

If so, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as an administrative professional for our out-patient rehabilitation clinic. We are seeking a highly organized, friendly face and voice of an accredited, innovative healthcare organization who provides high-quality clients care services throughout the community.
The Administrative Team Lead makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives, supporting clients in achieving their goals by creating a warm and inviting environment and experience particularly as they arrive and leave the clinic, facilitating and navigating process to make working with CBI Health easy, comfortable and differentiated. Providing personalized client experience, ensuring full and effective schedules and minimizing administrative burden for all is how the Administrative Associate contributes to the success of the clinic. Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
- Create a positive customer experience as the first point of contact for clients in our clinics
- Provide personalized interactions with clients, actively seek to understand what matters most to clients and communicating to the team
- Direct incoming calls received and provide callers with information about the facility
- Facilitate effective flow within the clinic
- Enters client data, client charges, collect payments and issues receipts
- Manages the appointment schedule to maximize opportunities for the clients' access to care
- Educate and support the client in engaging with digital tools and resources such as the Client Portal and online booking
- Maintain confidentiality of client records and personal and personal health information at all times
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
What you need to be successful
- 2 years experience in a customer service role is an asset
- A post-secondary education in business administration, hospitality management or medical office is an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and a publishing program
- A professional approach to customer service
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills
