The individual develops compelling, industry leading products under the Simplii brand, supporting the growth of the New to Canada program strategy and performance in addition to growing deposit balances, revenue and profitability. They will represent Simplii with new and existing clients as well as internal and external partners to support client satisfaction and client acquisition.Business Knowledge -Building a strong foundational understanding of Simplii, its products and services, New to Canada offerings, New to Canada client journey in order to truly understand the business, our competitive offering and the overall banking industry across this segment. Working alongside cross-functional teams to support the business with close attention to detailClient Onboarding -Supporting clients through their onboarding journey in person and digitally. Analyzing the client journey to identify areas for enhancementsRelationship Building - Representing Simplii at events to develop strong relationships in the market. Supporting internal partners to ensure client success in onboarding and use of products and services. Meeting with partners and clients to educate on Simplii and its products and services. Engaging with existing clients to ensure top client satisfaction and resolution on inquiries. Engaging with potential new clients to share details on Simplii to support client conversion. Assisting with marketing and communications for client satisfaction and acquisitionCollaboration - This job interacts on a regular basis with - Senior management within Simplii Financial and Alternate Solutions Group including the VP and Senior Directors, Executive Directors and Managing Directors. Business leaders/stakeholders in the Digital and Direct or Retail and Business Banking lines of businesses including Digital Channels, Payments & Innovations, Product, Marketing and Payments. External vendors as required.Who You AreYou have Post-secondary education. You have PG degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related fieldStrong background or interest in relationship managementYou are a strong Communicator. Excellent communication skills to work with clients . Candidates who are proficient with these languages will be given preference : Hindi/English, Punjabi/English, Mandarin/English and Spanish/English.You are good in reporting. Ability to track and report metrics with high accuracyYou can travel whenever required. Ability to travel to support in person events and sessionsYou are motivated by collective success.
