HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Planning and Execution – You will be responsible for developing annual national account plans and selling plans both internally and externally with the customer. You will also lead all execution elements required to deliver all account targets, including working with each of the regions
- Sharing Goals and Vision – Using your strong communication skills you will develop and present major presentations including quarterly Business Reviews, annual Category Reviews, internal Annual Plan presentations, and external Annual Plan presentations.
- Developing and Coaching – You will lead by example by training and coaching account contributors to optimize future sales plans, leverage best practices and review analysis.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Post secondary education or work experience equivalent – Business Diploma or Degree preferred.
- Comprehensive experience in Retail Packaged Goods with both direct selling experience as well as key account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, leadership and time management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) as well as ability to work with customized software for tracking, financial analysis, etc.
- Valid Driver’s license within Canada.
