Job Description
Eligible candidates for this position should have/be the following:

Duties and knowledge include but are not limited to
· Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting
· Take snack bar orders
· Communicate orders to the cook
· Process payments accurately – including cash, debit, credit and gift card payments
· Knowledge of current menu/specials
· Serving liquor and ensuring proper alcohol standards are upheld within Smart Serve and house policies – including IDing
· Sell and validate OLG Lottery tickets while maintaining and upholding OLG and AGCO Standards of practice
· Maintain proper dining experience, delivering food and drinks, fulfilling customer needs, removing dishes.
· Washing dishes
· Cooking and preparing food orders to Mario’s bowl standards following safe food handling procedures.
· Ensure all supplies are stocked and filled appropriately
· Prepare final bills for dining guests, birthday parties and reservation groups.
· Perform day-to-day cleaning in addition to extra cleaning tasks as needed or assigned by a manager
· Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
· Be ready and willing to assist other servers and other departments when needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-30 per week
Salary: $15.50 per hour
