Here's a quick overview of what you will be doing ...
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Food+Beverage manager with the development and execution of the culinary program through leadership of the Food Production Team. Although this is a creative position there is the expectation that a high level of professionalism and hospitality is provided to all those you interact with.
- Preparing sweet and savoury hand pies, muffins, cookies, loaves, laminated doughs, as well as savoury fillings and other bakery style items
- Using specialty power equipment for bulk pastry production
- Assembling individual cold and hot food items
- Process and Policy Implementation
- Maintaining and improving relationships with local suppliers
- Ensuring quality and costing of food products meet Revelry Standards
- Health and Safety planning and maintenance that aligns with governing requirements
- Understand and work with all government regulations and standards including monitoring sanitation and temperature control

We are looking to build a team with a passion for live music and a desire to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, artists and fellow team members. As leader of our F+B Production team we expect you to have the following skills
- Menu and recipe development skills that align with costing systems
- Experience in baking and pastry
- Outstanding hospitality and customer service based around strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Staff Management all while also contributing positively to the overall ambience
- Personal passion for live music and its promotion
- Enthusiasm for creating something new and the development that comes with innovation
- Adaptive skills that can be used of a variety of aspects of the business
What we need you to have ...
- 3+ years experience
- FoodSafe Certificate (preferred)
- Right to work in Canada
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds regularly
