Job Description
We are an Award Winning Coffee Roasters and coffee shops based in Qualicum Beach and Parksville. We require an enthusiastic experienced barista to join our team and grow with the company . We currently have 2 locations; the main cafe is in Qualicum Beach and the Roastery Cafe is in Parksville.
Experience working within specialty coffee is essential and enthusiasm a must. The ideal candidate will be quality-focused, detail oriented and willing to work as part of a team, as well as a commitment to the long term plans of a vibrant and growing company. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is also imperative. In addition to a competitive wage, $18.50 to $21.00 per hour based on experience, and excellent tips, there is the possibility of a management position, for the right candidate in the not too distant future.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 25-50lbs frequently and be able to maintain a proper posture while doing so.
- Must have no history of major traffic violations and be able to pass a drug test.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- 1-3 years customer service experience is preferred but not required. We will teach everyone who applies!
