Design One Stevens is seeking a part-time Assistant Bookkeeper to support the accounting and finance functions of the company. This person will be responsible for managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional environment, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare journal entries for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Manage Payroll
- Assist in the month-end close process
- Assist in the month-end close process as needed
- Assist in the month-end close process as needed for special projects
- Assist in month-end reconciliation of accounts at quarter and year end
- Assist in the month-end reconciliation of bank statements at quarter and year end
- Assist in the month-end reconciliation of credit card transactions at quarter and year end
- Assist in the month-end reconciliation of bank statements at quarter and year end for special projects
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Salary: $15.65-$27.32 per hour
