- Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records in QuickBooks 2018 for 2 companies
- Process A/P and A/R
- Facilitate QuickBooks Payroll and Direct Deposit
- Reconcile monthly credit card, bank and other statements and related company expenses
- Prepare year-end reports and any documents required by ownership/\\accountant to complete year-end Financial Statements for 2 companies
- Adjust QuickBooks with year-end entries from accountant
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding accounts
- Monthly update of budget report
- Manage invoices in QuickBooks
- Maintain updated inventory records and create reports
- Manage check runs to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Maintain and update customer and vendor files
- Job Costing
- Perform other office duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00-$42,500.00 per year
