At the center of the marketing organisation, the Brand Marketing Manager leads cross functional workstreams to deliver seamless guest experiences across all touch points. They elevate all initiatives with sound business strategies that invite strong partnership and co-creation between key channels, product and creative. They support with ad-hoc needs that improve marketing processes or initiatives.a day in the life: what you’ll doSupport Sr Manager, Brand Marketing with execution of small to large scale marketing initiatives/campaignsDevelop and execute campaigns and initiatives that deliver into regional business objectivesBuild localized marketing plans to deploy global initiatives across the North-American marketEstablish sharp positioning and channel mix per initiatives, write creative briefs and communication plansWork with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiencesManage stakeholders and partner with Manager/Director to keep leadership enrolled to marketing plansAccountable to set and drive key KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learningsResponsible for management of project budgetInform global strategies with regional guest & business insights.Guide all channel partners toward cohesive executions.Drive tactical work plans and deliverables.Support creative development with strategic advice rooted in clear business needs.Deliver final strategy, creative and content on brief, on time and on budgetqualificationsBachelor degree in marketing or business related field.5 to 7 years of experience developing and driving digital and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution for leading brands.Creative brief development experience for different scale of campaignsProven track record developing and delivering a thoughtful acquisition and retention strategy.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with creative teams or agencies is valuedmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.
