The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Business Development Strategist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by developing and prospecting new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market to generate new business opportunities.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify areas for business expansion.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Engage in consultative selling approaches to understand client needs, offer tailored IT solutions, and close deals.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, proposals, and RFPs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Some travel to clients site may be required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry, preferably in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space.
- Strong technical acumen with a good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective business development strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
