The Role
The North America region (NAM) of Seequent is a collaborative, enthusiastic team of revenue drivers who work together to deliver results. We are looking for an energetic, data-driven Marketing Specialist with a passion for building community and delivering results. This role is an excellent fit for any Marketing Specialist looking to hone their skills around lead generation, events, and exceptional marketing tactics to drive B2B revenue.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing solution-focused marketing events and campaigns and other priority projects. The North America region is made up of four industry segments: Exploration and Mining, Energy, Civil and Environmental; and the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing activities across segments. The person in this role needs to be a highly organized multi-tasker, able to execute many priorities simultaneously.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute and support the execution (internal/external coordination, scheduling, editing etc.) for regional marketing activities (across North American Canada, USA, Mexico), which may include campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, social media, email marketing, trade show/conference, sales events and market research.
- Leverage digital marketing to drive organic and paid-for leads and evaluate effectiveness and costs as it relates to the region
- Provide analysis of results and tracking in our CRM (SalesForce) to improve our business intelligence and reduce the time to sales.
- Deploys customer-facing events like conferences webinars, training sessions, case studies, lunch and learns and coordinate with vendors for production and distribution.
- Execute on the coordination of design and content for key regional marketing assets including video, collateral, content, blog posts.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
- A marketing or related degree with 3+ years’ experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- A suitable tertiary qualification in marketing discipline or another business-related field would be desired.
- Experience in B2B software or B2B technology company is an advantage.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and CRM software as well as Salesforce is desirable.
- A collaborative self-starter with strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and follow established standards and processes.
- The ability to work across a global organisation, spanning different time zones and cultures, with availability to travel as required. Fluency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.
- A willingness to learn and a keen interest and passion for marketing and sales.
