IntouchCX is searching for a Business Development Representative with strong sales and negotiation skills that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and strives for success and results. Does this sound like you? Read on!
We are looking for a person who will have an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products, along with excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. This person will use multiple methods including networking, cold calling, emailing, and social selling to connect with potential prospects to cultivate long-lasting professional relationships.
As Business Development Representative, You Will…
- Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Discover business initiatives and acting as their internal advocate
- Build a point of view on how to help qualify customers needs
- Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Learn how to anticipate and prepare for objections
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
- Manage a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
- Research and understand various lines of business and personas
Requirements
As Business Development Representative, You Have…
- Post-secondary degree, or certificate, with a focus in a related discipline (required)
- Average years of experience required - 2 years of professional sales experience
- Experience prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net new and install
- Consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment in new revenue
- Strong conversational and written skills to develop and foster deep relationships with key decision-makers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to follow through
- Proven track record for sales success, hitting productivity targets, and ability to work within a team
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders
- Advanced technical knowledge with Customer Relationship Management programs (CRM’s) and Google Products

Benefits of Working as a Business Development Representative:
- Competitive salary ranges from $55,000 - $60,000 CAD (dependent on experience, certifications, and portfolio)
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus & Commission Pay (up to $10,000 - $15,000)
