KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To provide an unforgettable experience for all our customers whether it be instore or over the phone.
- Ensure that all customers are welcomed as they enter the store.
- Provide each and every customer with your undivided attention when they are at your station.
- Your workstation and surrounding areas are to be clean and stocked
- Ensure that all customer transactions are processed efficiently and accurately by following store procedures.
- Take every opportunity to offer gift wrapping, gift bags, gift cards and accessories that may compliment their purchase.
- Restocking/ merchandising of surrounding areas
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Accuracy and efficiency when processing transactions

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years retail or customer service experience
