We are looking for a CNC Programmer to join the Machine Shop department. This is a full-time and permanent position. We are looking for someone who has experience and background in CNC Programming and hands on experience with manual machining.

Purpose:
Responsible for programming parts to be built to specifications, drawings and BOM requirements on CNC.
Primary Duties:
- Program and operate Unifiller's CNC machines
- Select the appropriate tools, equipment, and materials to be used in the preparation of machinery work
- Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines
- Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers, mills, turns, and understand all shop tool equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to program products
Qualifications and Experience:
- Has completed a two – three-year college program or equivalent in related discipline
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist
- Able to program CNC complex parts
- Must have manufacturing experience, working with stainless steel/plastics
- Able to work with team members from different backgrounds and cultures
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service
- Able to lift a 50lbs as you will be working with stainless steel
