Job Description
Responsibilities:
· White glove guest experience
· Highest level guest experience from greeting to departure including check in and badging of guests
· Liaising with client, guests, VIPs and team members
· Efficiency and solution-oriented communication
· Additional event and meeting space responsibilities as directed by on-site manager
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a fast-paced professional/corporate environment
· Consistent level of professionalism
· Ability to work alone and with a team
· Ability to learn new computer programs and technical equipment troubleshooting
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs when necessary
· Fluency in English
· Ability to be seated or in motion for extended periods of time
· Previous experience with executive level interaction is preferred
· Ability to handle stressful situations and tight schedules
· Dependable (able to commit to work schedule and follow through)
“The pay range for this position starts at CAD 18; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
