CPA designation required.
Supervision of accounting & administrative staff, including hiring & review - A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing, Asst. Controller, Reception
Preparation and completion of year ends
Filing of regulatory returns - GST/WCB/IFTA/T4's/T5's/ROE
Monthly financial preparation of internal financial statements for management
Liaison to IT specialist for computer issues unable to correct yourself
Review & approval of company payroll
Maintenance of Fixed Asset spreadsheets
Backup for all positions
Assignments/reports as requested by President
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
