About Us:

Reconnect Community Health Services is a not-for-profit health service organization in the west end of Toronto. Our services include supports for seniors, caregivers, and people living with mental health and addictions concerns. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of client-centred care in our sector.

The Lead, Talent Acquisition coordinates, manages and facilitates the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, internal and external applicants as well as other HR functional areas and organizational programs. The Lead, Talent Acquisition manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple vacant union, non-union and management positions.
