We're looking for you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager in Vancouver, BC.
As the Manager, you will be leading a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Consultants and provide our business partners with skilled talent that contributes to the client experience and achieves our business goals. Your responsibilities include managing a world-class recruitment team, leveraging competitive intelligence, and tapping into top external talent. You will collaborate with senior leaders, create talent strategies, and partner with stakeholders across our Retail Distribution line. Additionally, you will transition from reactive hiring to proactive sourcing by building relationships, implementing unique operating models, and employing creative sourcing strategies. Key accountabilities include creating a positive work environment, developing recruitment strategies, establishing strategic alliances, providing recruitment analytics and advice, improving efficiency in the recruitment process, and fostering professional development opportunities for your team.
