The office is located at 360 Bay St within 3 minute walk to multiple subway stops and a 13 minute walk to Union Station. This is a daily in office role, 9-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Position: Full-time Customer Service Representative
Role Duties:
o Managing bookings for audit dates in the provinces we operate in.
o Communicating with the Operations department on audit updates.
o Managing inbound customer and partner calls to ensure they are addressed by the correct individuals.
o Dealing with customers to book appointments for installations.
o Doing ‘welcome calls’ to new customer to introduce 1Click and explain how we can work effectively together in the future.
o Providing assistance to the Sales and Operations team in order to deliver the best customer service in our industry.
Experience: o Customer Service experience is an asset, however an outgoing personality and a sincere want to deliver outstanding customer service is key.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
o We will provide training for the rest.
Reporting to: General Management
Compensation: $38,000 depending on experience and knowledge
o Participation in the company’s benefit program
