We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing helpful information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to stay organized, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service as well as a valid drivers license. This is a faced paced, multi tasking position, where the right candidate will be able to complete multiple tasks at the same time. Candidate must have reliable transportations to and from work location. this position is for Fulltime at 30+ hours.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using available resources.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
