The Service Business Development Agent (BDC) will be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, recommending maintenance, scheduling service visits, Outgoing Service calls regarding outstanding Maintenance and assisting clients with Concerns . Candidate must possess a energetic and positive attitude with a priority to assisting clients and staff for a 100% customer service experience.
