Job Description
We are hiring someone for a Customer Service position at a busy pet store in Marda Loop. Weekend availability a must, and flexibility during the week is preferred. We can guarantee 25-30 hours per week with the possibility of full time for the right candidate. Must love pets!
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
