Horizon is currently seeking a talented & energetic Part-Time Permanent Customer Service Representative to join our Retail business unit in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The Customer Service Representative position is a key role at Horizon. This position involves working with customers visiting the retail store and assisting them in selecting the product that best suits their needs. This customer-facing role requires someone who has exceptional customer service skills and a passion for technology. This role is perfect for someone who loves Apple and is ready to enhance their knowledge of Apple to be able to provide their expertise to customers!

Responsibilities

· Assisting customers and clients with purchases in-store and over the phone

· Provide high-quality customer service for our clients

· Helping with customer inquiries in person, on the phone, and through email

· Accurately entering data into Horizon’s customer and service management system

· Basic troubleshooting of electronic devices

· Able to work rotating shifts including Saturdays and holidays

· General administrative duties as required

· General cleaning and upkeep of the Horizon Retail store

Requirements

· Excellent customer service skills

· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

· Great at problem-solving

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Must be available to work rotating schedules based on retail store hours, including weekends.

· High School diploma
