We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative (Term Position) who can add to our team. You will serve as the liaison between the Company and our clients, providing outstanding services and resolving client issues and concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails when communicating with clients
- Assist clients with service requests with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure that customer requests are met and that service level agreements are upheld
- Maintain accurate client records, including inventory, shipment and order requests, client complaints, etc.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to improve job-related skills and knowledge of company services
What does it take to be part of our team?
- At least 1-year of experience in a customer service role is required, with a preferred background in warehousing and distribution
- Experience with using Synapse or a similar warehouse management software is considered an asset
- Good communications skills
- Reliable, punctual, with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Professional, good work ethics and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Conditions of Employment:
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Will be required to undergo assessments to determine relevant knowledge and skills related to the qualifications of the position.
Hours of Work:
- Term Position - 1 year term, will end on October 18, 2024.
- Work in office - Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Location - 175 Plymouth Street, Winnipeg, MB R2X 2T3
- Remote work - work from home arrangements can be made if and when operations needs would allow. This is dependent on performance and successful completion of the 3-month probationary period.
