Job Description
We are presently seeking a motivated individual for a Full Time Client Care Representative position for our hearing clinic.
The ideal candidate is someone who is mature with outstanding communication skills, who strives for excellent customer service, is courteous and prompt, professional and friendly, and enjoys working with a variety of populations in a fast paced setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Managing the phone lines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Converting prospective clients into appointments
- Providing support to the Clinicians as required, updating internal database for every client interaction
- Receiving and confirming hearing aid orders and repairs
- Producing, filing and maintaining order of files
- Processing mail and courier deliveries
- Processing and submitting billing forms
- Maintaining inventory and clinic supply levels
- Cleaning and servicing hearing aids
- OBJECTIVES:
- Provide superior service to clients
- Ensure professionalism in all communications with existing or potential clients
- 100% accuracy of information provided to the client and in client files
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt to change
- Customer service driven

Salary: $40,000/annually
