The Project Manager, Digital Marketing reports to the Senior Director, Communications and Marketing. As an integral part of the Marketing team, the role collaborates with other team members and vendors to design, execute, and evaluate digital campaigns and ensure alignment with our policies and guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Works closely with colleagues in the Marketing team on strategy, planning, execution and measurement of campaigns and channel performance.
- Understands the CCC customer personas and customer journeys and how these are to be used for digital marketing.
- Plans and manages execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, online advertising, and organic and paid social media in support of CCC business objectives.
- Designs, develops, and manages executes, and measures the impact of account-based campaigns that drop new accounts into our Customer Acquisition International and U.S. DoD Prime Contractor funnels.
- Leads website continuous improvement optimizing for demand generation. Responsible for establishing the roadmap for the website and managing the website agency, including identifying and prioritizing their work.
- Oversees day-to-day management of the website and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment to primary marketing objectives.
- Recommends and/or builds content for the website and planned campaigns, and recommends effective calls to action based on campaign objectives.
- Leads Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for the website. Manages the SEO consultant, including identifying and prioritizing their work.
- Manages website analytics reporting using Google Analytics and Monsido and campaign analytics reporting using HubSpot.
- Shares knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot generously with fellow content managers and marketers and trouble-shoots their occasional issues.
- Collaborates with and provides training to colleagues across the organization to build an understanding of how social media and digital marketing can support business growth.
- Adheres to the CCC Policy Suite and related instructions and procedures.
Requirements
- University degree from a recognized university in commerce, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or related work experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience, preferably in B2B marketing and demand and lead generation campaigns for professional services firms.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing (content marketing, social media, online advertising, email marketing).
- Substantial experience with enterprise content management systems (WordPress), marketing automation (HubSpot), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Excellent writing, proof-reading, and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate with professionals at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency, thrive under pressure, and can effectively and professionally handle issues that arise each day.
- You are interested in working with Canadian exporters and foreign government buyer audiences.
- Committed to on-going learning and education and knowledge sharing.
- English essential; proficiency in both official languages is highly desirable.
