In this senior position, you will oversee the development and execution of initiatives that foster engagement, inspire collaboration, and drive positive change across dentalcorp's extensive network of over 500 clinics nationwide. Leveraging your expertise in change management, you will guide the organization through transformational initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement at all levels. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Corporate Communications, you will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to a team of communication professionals.In this role, you willDevelop and execute engagement and communication strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive strategies that promote engagement, foster collaboration, and drive positive change within dentalcorp.
- Lead the development and execution of internal communication plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilize various channels, such as newsletters, intranet, email communications, social media, and town halls, to effectively deliver key messages and engage stakeholders.
Provide change management leadership:- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the organization during times of transformation.
- Develop change management strategies and plans that support successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or organizational changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate and address potential resistance to change, proactively identifying solutions and mitigation strategies.
Lead a team of communication professionals:- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
Provide stakeholder engagement and collaboration:- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic communication counsel and support to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather information, align messaging, and ensure effective communication of key initiatives.
What we’re looking for- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic communications, engagement, or related roles, with a focus on change management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful engagement and communication strategies within complex organizations.
- Extensive experience leading change management initiatives and driving cultural transformation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strategic mindset and ability to align communication efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Experience in the healthcare, dental, or service industry is preferred.
