What You’ll Do
Gyptech is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Your role will involve:
- Managing schedules and arranging meetings. Assisting with development of agendas, presentations and taking meeting minutes, as required.
- Providing administrative and office support.
- Managing executives’ travel logistics and activities.
- Assisting with preparation of internal and external communications.
- Conducting research, compiling data and preparing reports on various topics.
- Supporting the team with other tasks and projects, as required.
The role is based out of our head office in Burlington. There is a possibility of international travel.
What You Offer
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/written) professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
