SWIFT CARE WELLNESS CENTRE is looking for an Administrator for a Rehab clinic.

NOTE: All qualified applicants will be considered; however, only selected candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver an exceptional experience to all patients as you greet them either in person or over the phone
• Handle various administrative responsibilities for the front desk
• Organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve our patients' experience in the clinic, while aiming to maximize clinic performance and growth
• Complete in-house laundry duties and disinfect high contact areas
• Carry out marketing tasks including social media, and google reviews etc
• Assist Physiotherapist in treatment based on the need

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Administration experience in a similar environment is preferred
• Solid work ethic, impeccable organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
• Self starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM/EMR- Practice Solutions experience is an asset
