Summary
The Marketing Intern will report to the Marketing Coordinator and will be a key player on a variety of projects in the areas of brand, digital marketing, and advertising. This position offers the flexibility to the candidate to work both from home or from our office in North York/Thornhill Ontario on a hybrid schedule and is an unpaid interniship.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Support our digital efforts and identify outreach opportunities on our social media platforms for current and future clients. Support the content planning, sourcing, and analytics for post performance analysis.
- Support the coordination and execution of our local marketing initiatives, working with our agency partners to develop relevant brand experiences.
- Support the production and deployment of advertising for print, digital, and social media channels
- Monitor, track, and report on execution and results of various marketing campaigns or programs, including a full post-analysis.
- Administrative responsibilities as required
- Special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a college or university program with a focus on marketing, communications, and/or event planning
- Passion for results and sense of urgency to accomplish goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail
- Exceptional project management and creative problem-solving skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior internship experience is considered an asset

Contract length: 2-4 months
Part-time hours: 18-20 per week
