Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest relations and phone systems.Duties:- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately- Check-in and check-out guests- Process payments and make reservations- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly- Maintain a clean and organized front desk areaRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with phone systems is preferredBenefits:- Competitive pay based on experience level- Health insurance options available .
