Remote Senior Frontend Software Engineer
The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our team to assist in developing Imperva’s fast growing Account Takeover Protection and Client-Side Protection SAAS offerings.

What you can expect in this role:
- Engage in development of an enterprise-level distributed SAAS solutions
- Utilize cloud technologies and modern programming practices
- Participate in the team’s agile development process
- Collaborate, demo and share your work with team members, product managers and stakeholders
- Communicate with customers and frontline teams to better understand use cases and pain points
- Take an active role in creating user facing features that simplify complex data to security professionals across organizations world wide
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of programming experience
- At least 4 years of experience working with React or modern js framework
- Proficient understanding of these JS concepts. Async actions, partial page updates and UI state management
- Proficient understanding of these CSS concepts. Grid, flexbox, sass, styled-components, inheritance
- Experience with JavaScript build tools. Webpack, babel, gulp
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5
- Passion and ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
- Responsible for your own work and the team’s success as a whole
- Ability to lead a project from requirements to completion, through design (Figma, Adobe, Zeplin), implementation & testing
- Experience with designing clean and responsive UI/UX
- Have strong collaboration skills and a sense of ownership
Advantages:
- Experience developing enterprise-level, scalable web applications
- Experience with javascript testing frameworks. Jest, Mocha, Chai, Browserstack
- Experience with content security policy management
- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture
- Experience using Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Java
