TD Engineering covers a broad range of exercises and initiatives including requirements gathering, design specification, industry analysis, vendor engagement and analysis, software development, project management, financial management, test plans and execution, and operational standards implementation. Job Details
We are looking for someone armed with a strong tool-kit to develop and maintain technical solutions that adhere to engineering and architectural design principles while meeting business requirements. You’ll bring to the table of designing, implementing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards. At TD, we hope you’ll be inspired both by the work we do and the people who make it all happen.

- Apply your deep technology expertise to ensure all TD areas that touch various technologies have the necessary tools, processes and documentation to operate effectively.
- Build a culture to work iteratively and provide continuous outcomes
- Apply an in-depth understanding of relevant business needs and work with technology partners to identify and leverage synergies across the various areas.
- Support development team with aiding tools and advisory for development operations
- An integration Matter Expert and advisory/coach to other Devops engineers and developers.
- Work as a Senior/Lead Engineer, self-driven, ability to work medium to complex design problems
- An ACE to cultivate continuous integration strategies and incorporate a mindset to automate application.
- Challenge yourself as an expert, lead innovator and change agent for the programs and services under management.
- Draw on best practices and your knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products or services.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of external development, engineering, emerging solutions, market conditions and their impact.
Job Requirements
What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:
- University or Post-Graduate Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Hands-on experience in building, releasing, deploying, and monitoring cloud-based scalable distributed systems
- Rich experience in infrastructure/foundations / IT for at least 5-6 years, working in an agile development environment
- 2-3 years of experience with Hazelcast administration
- 2-3 years of experience with Ansible, including loops, conditions, etc.
- 2-3 years of experience with Jenkins, including pipelines and Kubernetes pod-based builds
- Script development experience of 4-5 years + IT experience in one of the common languages (Python, Groovy, Bash)
