Will you join us in this mission?

Our Human-Centered Design team is looking for a self-driven, talented Content Designer to work with and guide the customer experience and digital team on initiatives for our mobile and web products and deliver highly effective, innovative and evidence-based solutions. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design you will identify the right problems to solve and be accountable for writing, developing, and optimizing content for a range of digital channels, ensuring it is clear, engaging, creative, thoughtful, and accessible.

Already a highly-skilled and experienced content creator and copywriter, you take pride in the simple, eloquently crafted content you produce, and bring an energy to help others reach the same standards.

Your strong desire to ensure quality, usability, and consistency for Manulife’s wide range of audiences will reach across external-facing digital channels, to include web content, app content, and email marketing content.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD

If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
