Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track candidate information and manage the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely enrollment
- Process payroll using ADP or Paychex software and resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Oracle
- Assist with conflict management and resolution among employees
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and experience using ADP or Paychex software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Note: Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
