What You’ll Be Doing:- Partners with people managers to advance functional priorities including but not limited to coaching, skills capability building, country-specific people strategies, performance issues, and implementation of functional strategies
- Partners, investigates, and resolves employee relations matters including workplace conflicts or allegations of policy and/or legal violations; works to ensure issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
- Supports People Services annual processes such as performance reviews, talent management, learning and development, and compensation/benefit reviews.
- Responsible for country or regional human resources compliance; monitors and implements local requirements; maintaining records; audits on regular basis to ensure compliance; ensures adherence to local policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
- Supports programs in assigned country/region and partners with people managers to deliver strategies to drive engagement and retention and reduce attrition; consults with key stakeholders and employees and provides solid recommendations on regional people solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Utilizes internal and external data, market trends and analysis of people metrics to drive country or regional data-driven insights around attrition, growth, and retention to identifying opportunities
What We Are Searching For:- Minimum 5 years single country HR experience or minimum 2-3 multi-country HR experience
- Strong knowledge of most functional areas of HR, country and/or state employment guidelines, local employment law, and employee relations
- Proven experience in initiating, driving, coordinating, and executing on country or regional projects
- Professional working proficiency with English and French
- Located in Eastern or Central Time Zones to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
