We find and hire the people who will shape our product and our company and Talent Coordinators are the engine that makes the talent acquisition team go. In this role, you’ll handle everything from scheduling interviews to ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience throughout the talent process. We're looking for people who are organized, great at working with people, and have superb decision-making skills. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk!ResponsibilitiesYour day-in-the-life as a Talent Coordinator:Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and post-interview debrief meetingsPartner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate accurate and seamless coordinationCreate a meaningful candidate experience through effective and timely communicationTriage ad-hoc issues, such as scheduling conflicts, interviewer delays/no shows, and day-of technical hitchesSupport inter-team and cross-functional projectsRequirementsYou will be successful in this role if you:Have 2+ years of prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Coordinator and are (preferably) familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Greenhouse, GoodTime, and ZoomPossess outstanding oral/written communication, organization, and attention to detailLead with a candidate-centric mindsetUnderstand and adapt to changing/conflicting prioritiesChannel creative and proactive approaches to problem-solvingEmbrace evolving environments with a positive attitudeThrive as a self-starter and navigate ambiguity with confidenceAct with integrity when handling sensitive and confidential informationEnjoy building and maintaining strong relationshipsAspire to optimize processes and increase operational efficiencies#LI-DNIDropbox is an equal opportunity employer.
