The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for an Inside Sales Clerk. The candidate for this position is the main point of support to the Commercial Group as well as assisting in the representation of The Narmco Group to our End Customers. This position works closely with other departments regarding quotations, customer portals & websites and PCR’s along with other cross functional customer requirements.
Job Summary
- Input and review all Product Change Requests (PCR’s) for completeness & correctness.
- Input and assist in the Request For Quote Packages (RFQ’s) for Sales Account Managers to Estimating Department ensuring proper attention and direction is given.
- Provide support for completed quotation packages to ensure Business Unit Strategy is followed.
- Input and assist in Customer Related Capacity studies; including volume increases, contract extensions and other variations from the original contract requirements.
- Ensure all Pricing and Contracts are reviewed and audited by the NARMCO Contract and Audit Team.
- Input and assist all non-production purchases such as Service Purchase Orders with the direction of the Sales Account Managers.
- Various administration functions regarding departmental meetings, customer tours, office co-ordination, record keeping, etc.
Job Requirements
- College graduate with a formalized course accreditation in administrative skills, computer applications and basic business fundamentals.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in an office or business administration. Experience in the field of automotive stampings and assemblies is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience must contain strong organizational, communication, administrative and time management skills.
- Successful candidates must demonstrate strong computer literacy; including experience with all office applications with an emphasis on word processing, spreadsheet applications, internet communications and project tracking.
