Consumer Product Testing. From sensory evaluations and physical testing to consumer preference and package review, our globally recognized testing services will help ensure that your products meet consumer expectations for quality, safety and compliance.
- Candidates must be located in Eastern Canada
- Maintains ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year
- Interfaces between customer and UL delivery teams during sales that require additional technical expertise as it relates to highly technical Product Sustainability testing services
- Communicates with customers primarily remotely (video, phone, email) to promote and sell Product Sustainability testing service; travel as needed (up to 10%) for outreach to highest-potential customers
- Uses technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence and support account owner relationships
- Communicates value proposition of Product Sustainability testing services to clients based on highly technical knowledge
- Supports sales for Product Sustainability testing service lines in collaboration and at the direction of account owners
- Actions on opportunities to sell Product Sustainability testing services into highest potential accounts in their assigned portfolio
- Supports discovery and opportunity identification for Product Sustainability testing services
- Works under guidance with account managers to seamlessly work with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Serves as primary point of contact for Product Sustainability testing services, responsible for articulating value proposition
- Brings in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities of Product Sustainability testing service
- Makes connections and builds trusted advisor status with relevant account owners

What makes you a great fit::- Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in engineering or related field
- 1+ years of related sales experience
- Relevant technical capabilities related to Product Sustainability
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software

- Total Rewards: The target annual pay range for this position is $69-87K which includes a base salary of $45,000 - $56,000 and 100% on target performance.
Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 55% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
