Successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Life Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate life products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Compensation:
- Salary plus Commission and Bonus (P&C + LIFE - % of premium sold)
- $50,000 Base ( depending on experience) plus Bonus and Commission- Earning Potential has no Cap
- Annual Bonus (subject to office qualification, etc.)
- Monthly and or quarterly team and Personal Production promotions and bonus
- 3 weeks vacation after 1 year

Requirements:
- Life Insurance sales experience * REQUIRED**
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Life Insurance License
