Full Time Position – Digital Marketing Analyst
Kingston or Toronto (Hybrid or Remote)
Summary:
Casino Time is searching for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist in building our understanding of our customers within our Marketing and Product teams. This includes generating insights and creating content campaigns based on customer data. The insights derived from data analysis will help identify areas of improvement with the potential to have a significant impact on the customer journey within our brand. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be involved in data analytics, segmentation, and metric tracking, while providing impactful multi-channel solutions via email, SMS, web push, etc.
Your main focus will be to design and implement customer touch points on our platform. This will be achieved through designing contact strategy, customer segmentation, event triggers and Xtremepush campaigns to achieve our company goals. You are also required to analyze the competitive Ontario iGaming market to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
· Lead campaign development and execution, considering and evaluating all digital channels including email, SMS, and web push to determine a strategy that best meets campaign objectives.
· Leverage technical knowledge of email marketing systems, customer data platforms and promotions systems to enable campaign automation and increase capabilities/volume to achieve business targets; includes building and configuring journeys, logic-based workflows and automations from scratch using best practices.
· Enhance customer data points and rules to build a 360 view of our customers across land based and online.
· Provide campaign reporting, analyze performance data, and prepare monthly reports on campaign KPIs including revenue, open rates etc.
· Maintain required documentation for campaign support details (e.g., bonus codes, offer durations, terms and conditions, links, etc.)
· Partner with the Senior Management team to report on key campaign metrics, identifying areas of strengths and weakness.
· Monitor marketing roadmaps and ensure all elements are executed on time.
· Support onboarding and testing of new products to improve platform capabilities.
Job Requirements:
· Experience with Xtremepush customer data platform is highly prioritized.
· Minimum 2-5 years of marketing analysis, advertising, or related experience.
· Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or another related field.
· Knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Experience working directly with a customer data platform or email marketing platform.
· Experience using and building logic-based workflows.
· Experience interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
· Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Strong project coordination skills.
· Highly responsive individual who is a self-motivated starter with the willingness to display discretionary effort.

Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
